About us
Amzexact provides e-commerce and marketplace growth services to businesses around the world. We are based in Chandigarh 160014, India. This policy describes how we handle personal information through amzexact.com and our business relationships. When we manage a client’s store, advertising account, or other systems on that client’s instructions, our respective responsibilities are set out in the client agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, role, work email, phone number, country, website or marketplace links, enquiry details, and files you choose to send.
- Business records: proposals, contracts, correspondence, invoices, payment status, meeting notes, and service records. Clients are invoiced separately; we do not collect payment-card details through this website.
- Website information: IP address, browser and device details, visited pages, referring source, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the site.
- Client account information: data in marketplace, advertising, analytics, product-listing, or customer-support systems that a client authorises us to access for agreed services.
Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through a website form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries and audit requests, assess potential projects, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, manage invoices and records, operate and secure our website, understand website use, and meet applicable obligations. Marketing communications and advertising technologies are used only as permitted by applicable law and your choices. You can ask us to stop marketing emails by contacting us.
Website technologies
The site uses Google Analytics through Site Kit and Google Tag Manager. The contact and free-audit pages embed Google Calendar booking, and the site includes WhatsApp links. These providers may receive information when their services are used. Browser settings can limit cookies, but may affect some website features. See our Cookie Policy or contact us with questions.
Who receives information
Information may be shared where needed with our authorised team, website hosting and form providers, email and cloud-storage services, analytics and booking providers, professional advisers, and public authorities when legally required. The contact-page brief is submitted to our WordPress site, where it may be stored and generate an email notification. We manually copy enquiry details into Google Sheets to organise follow-up. If you book a call through Google Calendar or open WhatsApp, those providers handle information under their own privacy notices.
International processing
We operate from India and serve clients in other countries. Information may be accessed in India and processed in countries where our service providers operate. We will provide information about applicable transfer arrangements on request.
Retention and security
We do not currently use a fixed retention period. We keep information while an enquiry or client relationship is active, and afterwards only while it is reasonably needed for follow-up, service records, disputes, or legal and tax duties. We review older information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect information, although no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive, or restrict the use of your information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of marketing or certain advertising uses. These rights can have exceptions. To make a request, email Info@amzexact.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also be able to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review it.
External sites and updates
Our site may link to third-party websites or platforms, which have their own privacy notices. We may update this policy as our services, tools, or applicable requirements change. An updated version will show its revision date.
