These terms explain how you may use our website and how website information relates to a separate agreement for paid AMZEXACT services.

Overview

These Terms of Service apply to your use of amzexact.com and its publicly available content and tools. The website is operated by Amzexact, Chandigarh 160014, India. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Any paid engagement is governed by the proposal, statement of work, or service agreement accepted by you and Amzexact. That written agreement controls if it differs from these website terms. Sending an enquiry or requesting an audit does not, by itself, create a paid service contract.

Using the website

You may use the site for lawful business and informational purposes. Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site or other users, introduce harmful code, or collect content or data in a way that disrupts the service or infringes another person’s rights.

Free content and tools

Articles, guides, calculators, examples, and other free materials are general information. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your business, and they are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Marketplace rules, fees, and advertising features can change. Check important decisions against current platform information and your own circumstances. Examples, testimonials, and case studies describe particular situations. They do not promise the same outcome for another account.

Paid services, scope, and fees

For paid work, the accepted written agreement sets out the services, deliverables, timelines, fees, billing terms, and any change process. Unless that agreement says otherwise, advertising spend, marketplace charges, software subscriptions, and other third-party costs are separate from Amzexact’s service fees. Amzexact invoices clients separately in accordance with their agreement.

We aim to deliver the agreed work with care, but results also depend on matters outside our control, including product demand, pricing, inventory, platform policies, competition, and your decisions. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, revenue figure, advertising return, or business outcome.

Client responsibilities

When you engage us, please provide accurate product and business information, materials you have the right to use, timely feedback and approvals, and the marketplace access reasonably needed for the agreed services. You remain responsible for your products, claims, pricing, stock, fulfilment, account ownership, and compliance with applicable platform rules and law. Use authorised delegated access for marketplace accounts. Do not send us account passwords or two-step verification codes.

Content, ownership, and confidentiality

Amzexact’s website text, design, branding, and original tools remain ours or our licensors’ unless stated otherwise. You may read and share a link to public pages, but you may not present our content as your own or reuse it commercially without permission. You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide. Ownership or licensing of deliverables created for a client, and the handling of each party’s confidential information, are set out in the applicable written service agreement. Please do not send sensitive account information through a general website enquiry form.

Third-party platforms

Our website may link to or embed services operated by others, including Google Calendar and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. Amzexact is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and liability

We may update, suspend, or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or misuse. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every item of website content will always be current or error-free. Any limits on liability for a paid engagement are governed by its written agreement, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms from time to time. The published version and its effective date will appear on this page. Changes to an existing paid engagement are handled under that engagement’s written agreement, not by silently changing this page.
